Returns and the 30-night trial
Bring a Zenimal home for 30 nights. If it isn't the right fit, send it back.
Every Zenimal companion comes with a 30-night home trial. If it isn't the right fit, send it back within 30 nights of delivery and we refund the companion. A flat $6 covers return shipping and refurbishing.
How to return
- Start every return in our return portal. We can't refund anything sent back without a return started there first.
- Pack it in the original box with the charging cable and quick start guide. Returns that come back damaged or with parts missing can't be refunded.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 to 10 days of our receiving the return.
Final sale
Memory cards and open box companions are final sale. Cards that came in a bundle can be returned with the whole bundle. Cases, replacement shells and cables can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery.

Defects are covered by our one-year warranty. Email hello@zenimals.com before shipping anything back.
