Every Zenimal companion comes with a 30-night home trial. Try it at bedtime, in the car, after school. If it isn't the right fit, send it back within 30 nights of delivery and we refund the companion. A flat $6 covers return shipping and refurbishing.

• Start every return in our return portal. We can't refund anything sent back without a return started there first.
• Pack it in the original box with the charging cable and quick start guide. Returns that come back damaged or with parts missing can't be refunded.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 to 10 days of our receiving the return.

• Memory cards are final sale. Cards that came in a bundle can be returned with the whole bundle.
• Open box companions are final sale.
• App subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; the first 30 days are free.
• Cases, replacement shells and cables can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery.

Free US shipping on orders over $80. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from California, so we usually can't change an order after it's placed. Please check your cart and address before you check out.

Shipping charges on an order are not refunded if you return it.

Zenimal companions are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser buying from zenimals.com. Normal wear, water damage, drops and misuse are not covered. If something goes wrong, email hello@zenimals.com before shipping anything back. Full terms are on the warranty page.
