Warranty

Every Zenimal companion is covered for one year from the date of purchase.

Zenimal stands by our products. We warrant they will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for one year from the date of original purchase. If your Zenimal stops working within that window, email us at hello@zenimals.com and we will sort it out.

What is not covered

Zenimal is not responsible for and will not cover damage or defects caused by (a) normal wear and tear; (b) misuse, accident or abuse; or (c) failure to follow product instructions. These include but are not limited to: dropping the product, dropping the product in the bathtub or other water source, allowing your child to jump on the product, dragging Zenimal across a surface, and shipping the Zenimal to another location. Zenimal may limit the number of replacement products any individual can receive.

This warranty covers Zenimal branded products only. Products from partner brands sold through our store are covered by that brand's own warranty and return policy.

How to make a claim

Email hello@zenimals.com within one year of purchase. Please do not ship anything back to us before we have replied. We may ask for proof of purchase. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging. Once we receive it, we will determine whether to repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished unit. Units determined to have been damaged in a way that voids the warranty will not receive a replacement.

Returns and the 30 night trial

Changed your mind rather than having a fault? Every return must be started in our return portal. We cannot accept or refund anything sent back without a return started there first. You have 30 days from delivery, and a flat $6 covers return shipping and refurbishing.

Memory cards are final sale and cannot be returned on their own. Cards that came as part of a bundle can be returned with the bundle.
