    Purchased this for my father who has had decades of poor sleep. I am hoping this will help hom build some positive sleep hygiene hanits. It arrived boxed as nicely as my mew Zenimal.

    This product completely changed my three-year-old’s bedtime routine. It was always so hard to get him in bed and most of the time we ended up having an hour to two hour long bedtime. This shortened his bedtime routine to 30 minutes. He likes to listen to the sleep meditation as my husband rubs his back. We’re so thankful we got it!
