How do I swap the card?

Turn the Zenimal off. Flip up the left side of the silicone shell to uncover the card slot. Press the card in with a fingernail and it springs out. Push the new card in until it clicks all the way in, fold the shell back down, and turn the Zenimal on. Each card holds nine tracks, one per button.

Which Zenimal does this card fit?

Every Zenimal with a card slot: Zenimal+, Zenimal Kids+ and the original Zenimal Kids. If your original Kids was bought before May 2021 (the bottom reads zen101trtl), choose the 1.0 version above. Zenimal Connect doesn't take cards; it gets new tracks through the app.

Can I return a card?

Memory cards are final sale, so listen to the previews first. If a card arrives damaged or won't play, email hello@zenimals.com and we'll replace it.

Does the card replace the tracks that came with my Zenimal?

Only while it's in. Keep the original card somewhere safe and swap back whenever you like. See every card.

Can I read the words?

Yes. The written versions of these previews are on the Geode Collection sample transcripts page.

Love my Zenimal use it daily…

I LOVE my Zenimal. I have 4 different cards now and I use my Geode Collection for both sleep, resting and when I really need to calm myself down. The timed meditations are short enough but also long enough if that makes any sense. My only criticism is that the speaker will sometimes drop her “d’s” at the end of a word, like minD. Other than that I find it amazing it has really helped me in my life and I have purchased Zenimal as gifts for others. Keep up the most wonderful work you do…Peace…Dawn

A nice improvement

No more annoying British voice. (Sorry- it bothered me) Nice meditations. My kid likes the music only tracks- listens each night for a peaceful bedtime routine.
