Who is Zenimal+ for?
Zenimal+ is built for teens, adults, and anyone whose mind needs help quieting. The meditations work for new beginners and for people with established practices. Parents often buy it for teens struggling with anxiety or sleep. Adults buy it for themselves.
Does it need an app or wifi?
No. Zenimal+ works fully offline. The four sound libraries are loaded onto physical cards. Slide a card in, press a button, listen. That's it.
How long do the meditations last?
Tracks range from short groundings to long sleep journeys. Most fall between 5 and 20 minutes, depending on whether you need to settle quickly or drift slowly.

I bought the kids version of zenimal a couple of years ago for my little one dealing with anxiety and it's been working great. I have recommended it to multiple parents and teachers to help calm little ones. I just recently saw that there was a teen/adult version and ordered it for myself to enjoy. I ordered it end of Sept and by the end of Oct it was no longer holding a charge at all. Went to see if I could exchange it or return it, it is literally just past the 30 days allowed. Now it seems I have a very expensive paperweight instead of the mediation device I was looking forward to. I'm super disappointed in Zenimal for the quality of their newer devices! People don't spend this kind of money on a device that is only going to last a month or two at best.
The limitations are real, but more importantly, the benefits are vital in providing assisted unwinding in letting go in order to fall asleep gently.
This is one of my favourite purchases from Amazon for my son. He is 9 and was having a hard time falling asleep this summer. I used meditation on my phone to help him calm down from the day and he loved it so I searched for a meditation machine that he could use on his own at night. We have used it every night since we ordered it a few months ago!

- He likes doing one guided meditation and then letting the music play while he sleeps. - There is an auto shut off after 45 minutes of run time.
- I like the variety of options, from guided meditations to ambient sounds.
- No experience required. Trust me, you will be falling asleep in no time! It even helps me fall asleep!
- The adjustable volume is convenient and the option to use your headphones is great for travel.
- Very compact design which is ideal if you want to bring it with you anywhere.
- It hold a charge for a long time! I was worried about it needing to be charged daily but I have had it for a few months and use it nightly and only needed to charge it twice so far!
- Design-wise, the machine is sleek and discreet so it fits nicely on the bedside table.
- My only dislike is that there is no backlight option so you can’t see what button you are pressing in the dark at night if you want to change to another session or sounds. Maybe this will be in an upgraded model someday, fingers crossed!
Overall, this meditation machine has been a huge part of my son’s nighttime routine and he really likes it. He even brought it to his grandparents house when he slept over. It’s perfect for anyone looking relax during the day or at bedtime. And helps with kids unwinding from the day. Overall, worth the purchase!

DO NOT ORDER DIRECT!!! . I messaged that the product was not working. Light flashes continuously. I tried several resets, different power cord, and a different meditation cards. I asked to return it as defective and after several days they finally emailed to say I would be responsible to pay return shipping. I bought the product for a family member having open heart surgery and now I am checking emails for what I am suppose to do to troubleshoot a defect unit. If you really want this product, do not order it direct ..... Maybe if you order from Amazon or CVS you have return options to return if its defect. But I would verify before purchasing.

Wow, this is an incredible product! In an age where screen time is becoming the most pervasive activity for people of all ages, Zenimal seems to be perfect for just about everyone.
The data are clear on mindfulness, and to be honest, even if those data change tomorrow, I still think everyone can benefit from a product like this.
What I love most about it is that it does not rely exclusively on a phone. It’s a bit ironic how most mindfulness apps tie us direct to another screen.
I strongly recommend this for young kids so they can see the benefits at a young age and develop a habit while they are still developing. I wish I had this when I was a kid!

I'm very grateful to find the product Zenimal. I first noticed it would be good for my grandsons because they have a hard time winding down to get to sleep at night. I purchased it first and listened to it myself before giving it to their parents. I loved the messages I heard and thought it would be good for them. Soon after I gave it away, I realized it would be nice to have for myself. I've found that after a long day I look forward to my calming routine that now includes Zenimal. It provides the affirmations and music that soothes me to sleep. Recently, I listened to the Empathy selection and was impressed by how positive and inspiring it was. I just purchased our third Zenimal and now each of the kids will have their own. This one is for our oldest (10) who lost his “turtle” to his younger brother. We will use the kid’s chip from his sister’s (who prefers Pocket Mouse) until he is a bit older. He prefers the look of the adult version. These have been a fantastic addition to our nighttime routine!

I bought one for myself frist and my second to youngest took off me and now sleeps better. So I bought two more one for me and one for my mother.
