Questions
Anything else? Email us at hello@zenimals.com.
How do I swap the card?
Turn the Zenimal off. Flip up the left side of the silicone shell to uncover the card slot. Press the card in with a fingernail and it springs out. Push the new card in until it clicks all the way in, fold the shell back down, and turn the Zenimal on. Each card holds nine tracks, one per button.
Which Zenimal does this card fit?
Zenimal Kids+ only. It won't play in an original Zenimal Kids bought before May 2021 (the bottom reads zen101trtl). Zenimal Connect doesn't take cards; it gets new tracks through the app.
Can I return a card?
Memory cards are final sale, so listen to the previews first. If a card arrives damaged or won't play, email hello@zenimals.com and we'll replace it.
Does the card replace the tracks that came with my Zenimal?
Only while it's in. Keep the original card somewhere safe and swap back whenever you like. See every card.
Can I read the words?
Yes. The written versions of these previews are on the Flying Squirrel Collection sample transcripts page.

This one is a big hit at bedtime with our little one. They especially love Camp Curiosity. I love how a good majority of the stories end with saying you're loved and a good kid.
Thank you so much! Camp Curiosity is definitely one of our favorites too and the ending affirmations are such an important reminder. So happy it's become part of your bedtime routine!

The Flying Squirrel Collection is fantastic. We bought it for our 11 year old who has anxiety and OCD, and she and her sister take this to bed with them and listen while they fall asleep. Her absolute favorite is Camp Curiosity. The only downside to her is that she falls asleep before reaching the ends of the stories! =P Thank you Zenimal so very much.
Thank you so much for sharing your lovely experience with the Flying Squirrel Collection! It’s so heartwarming to hear that your daughter and her sister have made it a special part of their bedtime routine. Knowing that Camp Curiosity has become a favorite brings us so much joy—what a beautiful way for her to drift off to sleep, even if she doesn’t quite make it to the end of the story! 😊
We’re truly honored to be a part of your family’s journey and to support your daughter in finding peace and comfort. Your kind words mean the world to us, and we’re so grateful to have you in the Zenimal family. Sending love and calm wishes for many more restful nights ahead!
