How do I swap the card?
Turn the Zenimal off. Flip up the left side of the silicone shell to uncover the card slot. Press the card in with a fingernail and it springs out. Push the new card in until it clicks all the way in, fold the shell back down, and turn the Zenimal on. Each card holds nine tracks, one per button.
Which Zenimal does this card fit?
Zenimal Kids+, Zenimal+ and the original Zenimal Kids. If your original Kids was bought before May 2021 (it's marked zen101trtl underneath), choose the 1.0 version above. Zenimal Connect doesn't take cards; it gets new tracks through the app.
Can I return a card?
Memory cards are final sale, so listen to the previews first. If a card arrives damaged or won't play, email hello@zenimals.com and we'll replace it.
Does the card replace the tracks that came with my Zenimal?
Only while it's in. Keep the original card somewhere safe and swap back whenever you like. See every card.
Can I read the words?

We like that, like Flying Squirrel and Pocket Mouse, these are longer stories for tougher nights! Our little one like most kids as good nights and not so good nights, and these stories, especially Living Garden, help us relax for bed. Now that we have a lot of these as cards, I greatly appreciate that they're color coordinated as we have to switch up cards depending on our moods

We purchased this Koala Collection for our 9 year old with ADHD and an auditory processing disorder. This collection has helped her not only with regulating her emotions, but also with her bedtime routine and falling asleep. She and her sister particularly enjoy the guided imagery of being a mountain covered in snow that begins to melt and slide down. She is very affected by that image of herself. Very calming. We love these! The meditations are the best that I’ve found geared towards kids, but even I enjoy listening to them. They’ve been a huge help at bedtime.

My son LOVES his Zenimal and loves it even more that I have given him additional chips to use in his "Turtle". He is 6 and genuinly listens to the meditations as he falls asleep. I've seen a real difference in his behavior during the day!

I like all of the meditations except for the sleep one because it’s not very relaxing.

I use this Zenimal sleep meditation to help me relax and to put me to sleep. Yes, I am a grown up but I still enjoy the Zenimal mediations for the younger ages as I do not find them at all childish but very neutral and gentle in their approach to guidance. I find the sleep meditations to be somewhat distracting for my daughter as she's trying to drift off.
