How do I swap the card?
Turn the Zenimal off. Flip up the left side of the silicone shell to uncover the card slot. Press the card in with a fingernail and it springs out. Push the new card in until it clicks all the way in, fold the shell back down, and turn the Zenimal on. Each card holds nine tracks, one per button.
Which Zenimal does this card fit?
Zenimal+ and Zenimal Kids+. Zenimal Connect doesn't take cards; it gets new tracks through the app.
Can I return a card?
Memory cards are final sale, so listen to the previews first. If a card arrives damaged or won't play, email hello@zenimals.com and we'll replace it.
Does the card replace the tracks that came with my Zenimal?
Only while it's in. Keep the original card somewhere safe and swap back whenever you like. See every card.
Can I read the words?

I originally purchased a Zenimal unit for myself after being introduced to the product in my initial training to provide "The Caritas Cart" to nurses & other staff at Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich, CT. This is a volunteer service provided to thank caregiving staff at all levels for their hard work & compassionate care. The Caritas Cart includes aroma therapy, herbal teas, snavks & water, stress relief resources, & an opportunity to engage in meditation or imagery, thus the Zenimal was an ideal addition for me to purchase for myself... & then for others. As a nurse, I have long recognized & used these types of meditation interludes, imagery, gratitude, self-regeneration, stress reduction, controlled breathing, etc. to moderate my moods, tense situations, anxieties, etc. It always works.
I loved the Zenimal so much that I have ended up purchasing additional units for other friends & family members that I knew could use help with finding all types of serenity, peace, & other mood changes.
