How do I swap the card?
Turn the Zenimal off. Flip up the left side of the silicone shell to uncover the card slot. Press the card in with a fingernail and it springs out. Push the new card in until it clicks all the way in, fold the shell back down, and turn the Zenimal on. Each card holds nine tracks, one per button.
Which Zenimal does this card fit?
Zenimal Kids+, Zenimal+ and the original Zenimal Kids. If your original Kids was bought before May 2021 (the bottom reads zen101trtl), choose the 1.0 version above. Zenimal Connect doesn't take cards; it gets new tracks through the app.
Can I return a card?
Memory cards are final sale, so listen to the previews first. If a card arrives damaged or won't play, email hello@zenimals.com and we'll replace it.
Does the card replace the tracks that came with my Zenimal?
Only while it's in. Keep the original card somewhere safe and swap back whenever you like. See every card.
Can I read the words?

Ordered 3 meditation cards, Koala, Bowerbird and this Pocket Mouse. This card did not work, other 2 did. Card was installed correctly and there was no tracks, no sounds. The Zenimal (we tried the card in two different ones) made the same chime when turned on, but not a single track played. Really disappointed in the product, especially given the quality of their other products we have. Most importantly, disappointed in the lack of communication, I’ve tried two different times regarding this issue and have not heard anything back. If that method (email) doesn’t reach staff then don’t have it all over your product inserts, emails and social media.

My daughter absolutely loves the stories. She picks favorite for awhile and then wants to try a new one. She enjoys listening to them over and over. The voice actors are very good which makes a big difference.

We've just started using this pack recently and like it so far! I noticed the times for each meditation seem substantially longer. I was worried it wouldn't hold my 5 year old's attention but it's been great! We like the new music for sleep as well as the new meditations on the card.

My 6 year old daughter loves these new sleep meditations. She really enjoys the stories and the Zenimal continues to be an effective tool for winding down and falling peacefully asleep. The use of different narrators is a nice change as well.

My kids listen to either the Pocket Mouse stories or the classic Zenimal sleep track every night at bedtime!! The stories are really sweet and fun but also calming and relaxing!!! I highly recommend adding it to your Zenimal collection!

My girls (ages 8 and 10) love this new sound card. I purchased all three and was a little surprised that their favorite is the one targeted for younger children. They love the longer, whimsical stories. They always fall asleep before the end and usually listen to them during the day to hear the endings.
