How do I swap the card?

Turn the Zenimal off. Flip up the left side of the silicone shell to uncover the card slot. Press the card in with a fingernail and it springs out. Push the new card in until it clicks all the way in, fold the shell back down, and turn the Zenimal on. Each card holds nine tracks, one per button.

Which Zenimal does this card fit?

Every Zenimal with a card slot: Zenimal+, Zenimal Kids+ and the original Zenimal Kids. If your original Kids was bought before May 2021 (the bottom reads zen101trtl), choose the 1.0 version above. Zenimal Connect doesn't take cards; it gets new tracks through the app.

Can I return a card?

Memory cards are final sale, so listen to the previews first. If a card arrives damaged or won't play, email hello@zenimals.com and we'll replace it.

Does the card replace the tracks that came with my Zenimal?

Only while it's in. Keep the original card somewhere safe and swap back whenever you like. See every card.

Can I read the words?

The music has no words, so there is nothing to transcribe. The Orca Collection sample transcripts page notes this for each track.

Very comforting to listen to

Very comforting to listen to. Good for kids, teens and adults to relax and fall asleep to. One of our favorites in our entire household.

Great for calming down

While my son loves the meditation cards for bedtime, he really loves the music cards during the day when he feels overstimulated or needs a break from frustrating activities. I LOVE that this is a tool in his toolbox for mental wellbeing at just 6 years old!

My kiddos wish the...

My kiddos wish the zenimal sound card had more harmonies, especially piano. Several of the songs all sound the same - that “massage/relaxation” type of song… which, I get. But distinct instruments (harp or flute?) would bring in more variety. Ive got one kid who loves it and one who is “meh.”

Thanks again for a great product. I bought the Orca card to supplement my Zenimal 2.0+. I use it as a calming relaxation tool as I do exercises for a chronic lung condition. I also like that the selections are timed so I know how long I am working at a certain exercise in my routine.
